“ROOKS stands for love for the Dutch language.”
ROOKS is an initiative of the singer-songwriter Don Rooks. In this project, the love for the Dutch language is the biggest objective. With his personal lyrics and warm voice, he takes the listener along with him. In addition, his open stage presentation and Brabant roots ensure that an evening of ROOKS is especially full of fun.

Don knows how to complement his four-piece band tastefully. From intimate songs to popping sing-alongs, the musicians know how to follow his flow flawlessly. The boys met at the Codarts Conservatory in Rotterdam, and have now all graduated. Special recognition should also be given to the polyphony, which lifts the sound of the band to a higher level.
